Have you been through the bank's internal appeals process?
You must first appeal your bank’s decision through their own internal appeals process. This may result in your loan being approved. If you have not yet requested a bank internal appeal and you need help, get in touch with us.

Enclose the correct application fee (see below) using cheque/postal order or bank transfer (see Bank Details on Application Form)

Your completed application must be received within 28 days of your bank’s letter stating your loan application has been refused or that your credit facility has been reduced or withdrawn.

Review Fees
Credit Review charges a small fee for the service to cover a proportion of its costs. The balance of the costs is covered by the participating banks. The fee can range from a minimum of €100 to a maximum of €250 depending on the value of the loan under review.

A simple way to calculate this is to divide the credit amount under review by 1000. Maximum fee €250.

Fees can be made by cheque, postal order or bank draft (made out to Credit Review). You can also make an EFT payment (see application form for bank details). Please include the correct fee with your application.
